Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role

Sequora builds the agentic systems that run mission-critical workflows for regulated industries. As an Agentic AI Engineer, you’ll design, ship, and operate production multi-agent pipelines that reason over sensitive data and take real actions for Legal, Financial, and Government clients.

What You’ll Do

• Build production multi-agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain
• Design and tune RAG pipelines — chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation
• Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and internal systems safely and reliably
• Implement guardrails, evals, and observability for agent behavior
• Partner with client teams to translate requirements into working systems
• Optimize latency, cost, and accuracy across the stack

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building production software, with recent LLM / agent experience
• Strong Python; hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Solid grasp of RAG, vector databases, and prompt / eval design
• Experience deploying to the cloud (AWS preferred) with CI/CD
• A clear communicator comfortable working directly with clients

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Background in legal, financial, or government technology
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning and structured output
