Cookies Policy

1. Introduction

This Cookies Policy explains how IT Automation LLC, d/b/a Sequora Partners (“Sequora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on sequorapartners.com (the “Site”), and the choices available to you. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we handle personal information.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and, in some cases, track your activity across sites and over time. We also use related technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage, which this Policy refers to collectively as “cookies” unless otherwise noted.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_sugr, bcookie, lidc)

Used for LinkedIn-based retargeting and campaign-performance measurement in connection with Sequora’s B2B and federal-audience marketing. Set only where you have not opted out (see Section 5.4).

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Site are set by third-party service providers we work with, currently Google Analytics (website analytics) and LinkedIn (campaign and retargeting measurement for our B2B and federal-audience marketing). These third parties may use cookies to collect information about your browsing activity across different websites. We do not control these third-party cookies; their use is governed by the relevant third party’s own privacy and cookie policies, available at Google’s and LinkedIn’s respective privacy pages. If Sequora adds or removes a third-party analytics or advertising provider, this Policy and the table in Section 3 will be updated accordingly.


5. How to Control Cookies

5.1 Browser Controls

Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Because each browser is different, consult your browser’s help menu for specific instructions. Please note that blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and, where applicable, client portals for the Services.

5.2 Site Cookie Preferences

On your first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookie categories (Functional, Analytics, and Marketing) using the cookie banner displayed at the bottom of the screen. Strictly necessary cookies are not subject to this control, as they are required for the Site to operate. You can review or change your choices at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer. Visitors located in the EU/UK are shown this banner on an opt-in basis (non-essential cookies are not set until you accept); visitors elsewhere are shown the banner on an opt-out basis consistent with Section 5.4 below.

5.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to a DNT signal, consistent with common industry practice.

5.4 U.S. State Privacy Rights

Sequora does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Use of the LinkedIn Insight Tag described in Section 3 may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state definitions (e.g., the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act). Where applicable, you may opt out of this sharing by rejecting the Marketing cookie category in the Site’s cookie banner, or by submitting a request to info@sequorapartners.com.

6. Cookies Used Within the Services

Client-facing applications (DocketIQ, FinGuard, AgenticLoan, SmartClaim, Public Safety Apps, and SequoraOps) may use their own strictly necessary cookies or equivalent local storage mechanisms for authentication and session management, separate from the marketing Site described above. Use of these application-level cookies is governed by the applicable Client Agreement and the Privacy Policy, not by consent choices made on the public marketing Site.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
