1. Introduction
Sequora Partners, a DBA of IT Automation LLC (“Sequora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides agentic AI and technology products and services, including DocketIQ, FinGuard, AgenticLoan, SmartClaim, Public Safety Apps, and SequoraOps (collectively, the “Services”), to government agencies, enterprises, and small businesses.
This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how we protect and retain it, and the privacy choices and rights available to individuals who visit sequorapartners.com (the “Site”), communicate or do business with us, apply for a position, or use the Services as an authorized user of a client organization.

2. Scope and Individuals Covered
This Policy covers the following categories of individuals:
- Website visitors and business contacts: Visitors to the Site, prospects, client representatives, vendors, partners, and individuals who submit contact or consultation requests.
- Personnel and applicants: Employees, contractors, and job applicants of Sequora Partners or IT Automation LLC.
- Client end-users and data subjects: Individuals whose information is processed by a client organization through the Services, such as legal clients using DocketIQ, loan applicants using AgenticLoan, health plan members whose information is processed through SmartClaim, or residents submitting reports through Public Safety Apps.
This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of our clients, partners, or third-party services. Their own privacy notices and contractual obligations may apply.
3. Information We Collect and Process
3.1 Information provided directly to us
- Contact information: Name, company, email address, telephone number, and message details submitted through the Site or during business communications.
- Business information: Organization name, role, proposal and discovery information, contracting details, and procurement identifiers such as UEI or CAGE code where applicable.
- Careers information: Resumes, work history, qualifications, references, and other information submitted for employment or contractor opportunities.
- Account and platform information: Information submitted by clients or authorized users when establishing accounts or using the Services, as described below.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, server logs, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Location information: Approximate location inferred from an IP address for analytics and security. Precise geolocation is collected only when a Service feature requires it, such as geo-tagged incident reporting, and the user provides or authorizes it.
3.3 Information processed through the Services for clients
Sequora may host and process the following categories of client data under contract. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes and access it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services.
- Legal services — DocketIQ: Client intake and case data, attorney or staff assignment records, document-generation inputs, and legal chat session content.
- Financial services — FinGuard and AgenticLoan: Know-Your-Customer identity information, transaction and account information, watch-list screening results, Suspicious Activity Report-related information, loan applications, credit bureau data, income information, and underwriting data.
- Healthcare — SmartClaim: Claims, eligibility, coding, and payer or provider information, including information that may constitute Protected Health Information under HIPAA when Sequora acts as a Business Associate.
- Public safety and civic services: Incident reports, service requests, geo-tagged location information, and related resident-submitted content processed through Public Safety Apps.
- Corporate operations — SequoraOps: Project, timekeeping, billing, and HR-adjacent operational information processed for client organizations.
4. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, maintain, configure, and support the Site and Services.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and manage sales, proposals, procurement, and contracting.
- Process job applications and manage recruiting activities.
- Authenticate users, administer accounts, and provide authorized access to the Services.
- Monitor, secure, test, and troubleshoot systems, including detecting fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, tax, accounting, and government-contracting obligations that apply to a particular engagement or data type.
- Improve and develop the Site and Services, subject to contractual restrictions on client data.
- Send operational, security, account, and administrative communications.
- Send marketing communications with consent or as otherwise permitted by law, with an available opt-out.
5. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and subprocessors: To cloud-hosting, identity and access management, communications, analytics, and other vendors that support our operations and are subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
- Integration partners: At a client’s direction, where use of the Services requires integration with credit bureaus, core banking systems, GIS platforms, or other third-party systems.
- Legal and regulatory purposes: To comply with subpoenas, court orders, lawful requests, audits, or other legal processes; enforce agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Sequora, our clients, users, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- At your or the client’s direction: When consent is provided or disclosure is otherwise directed or authorized by the relevant individual or client organization.
6. Data Security
Sequora applies a security-by-design approach to the Services. Depending on the product, deployment, and client requirements, safeguards may include:
- Zero Trust architecture;
- Multi-factor authentication;
- Encryption in transit and at rest;
- Role-based access control and JWT-based authentication;
- Continuous monitoring and security testing; and
- Audit logging and traceability.
Our architecture is designed to support alignment with NIST SP 800-53 controls and a SOC 2-ready security posture. No security method or system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored within the Services.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and meet applicable legal, contractual, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type, client agreement, deployment, and applicable requirement. Regulated financial, health, public-sector, and government-contract data may be subject to specific retention schedules established by law, regulation, contract, or client instruction. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely archive it in accordance with applicable requirements and our internal practices.
8. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence and the circumstances, applicable privacy laws may provide rights to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
- Request a portable copy of certain personal information where applicable.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable. Sequora does not sell personal information.
- Exercise applicable privacy rights without discriminatory treatment.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. If your information is processed through a client-controlled Sequora service, please direct the request to that client organization first. We will support verified requests as required by the applicable processor agreement and law.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality, remember preferences, support security, and understand aggregate usage through analytics tools. Details about cookie categories, purposes, and preference controls should be provided in a separate Cookies Policy, which may be incorporated into this Policy by reference.
10. Regulated and Government Data
10.1 Financial information
When Sequora processes nonpublic personal financial information for a client subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we apply safeguards appropriate to our role and process the information under the client’s instructions and agreement. The client financial institution remains responsible for its own consumer privacy notices and compliance obligations.
10.2 Protected Health Information
When Sequora processes Protected Health Information through SmartClaim for a covered entity or another Business Associate, we do so under a Business Associate Agreement and the applicable HIPAA requirements. This Policy is not a Notice of Privacy Practices. Individuals should contact the applicable health plan, third-party administrator, provider, or covered entity for information about its use of health information.
10.3 Public safety and criminal justice information
Incident reports and related information processed through Public Safety Apps may be subject to public-records requirements, CJIS-related security obligations, and state or municipal retention and disclosure rules. Sequora processes such information under the direction and policies of the applicable public-sector client.
10.4 Federal and government-contract information
When Sequora processes information under a federal contract or GSA MAS task order, including Contract No. 47QTCA24D00BF, we handle the information in accordance with the data-handling, security, retention, and compliance terms applicable to that contract, including relevant FAR clauses and CMMC requirements where they apply.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site and general Services are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where applicable law establishes a higher threshold, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter. Client-configured services involving minors remain subject to the applicable client’s notices, authorizations, and legal obligations.
12. International Data Transfers
Sequora primarily hosts and processes information within the United States using U.S.-based AWS and Azure regions. We do not currently transfer personal information outside the United States in the ordinary course of providing the Services. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and implement applicable transfer safeguards.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, systems, applications, APIs, or platforms. Those third parties operate under their own privacy notices and terms. Sequora is not responsible for third-party privacy practices outside our control.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal obligations, or privacy practices. The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or, where appropriate, directly to affected clients or users.
