What You’ll Do
- Build multi-agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain
- Design and tune RAG pipelines end to end
- Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and internal systems
- Implement guardrails, evals, and observability
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years building production software with recent LLM experience
- Strong Python and hands-on agent-framework experience
- Solid grasp of RAG, vector databases, and eval design
Nice to Have
- Experience in FedRAMP, SOC 2, or HIPAA environments
- Background in legal, financial, or government tech
